RETURN POLICY

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims resulting from errors on our part will be covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to our facility. When we receive a returned shipment, you will be notified via an automated email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks. If you do not use our facility as the return address, you will be liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address

If the address you provide is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to you.

EU Consumer Notification

According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or personalized. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted following the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
